At Elm & Grey, our passion for luxury home fragrance is built on more than just beautiful design — it’s driven by expert training, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of scent.

Co-founder Ness brings this commitment to life. Her journey into perfumery began with a desire to create scents that tell a story — each one carefully crafted to evoke a feeling, a memory, or a moment. Ness took her skills to the next level with formal training, including a specialised perfumery course held in the Cotswolds — the same one recently attended by the owner of Diddly Squat Farm Shop as showcased in the hit TV series Clarkson’s Farm. 

With years of hands-on experience, immersive training, and an ongoing passion for mastering the art and science of fragrance, Ness has developed the expertise to blend complex, high-quality scents — the foundation of our handmade candles, diffusers, and room sprays
